Nursing's leadership role is explored by panelists

Health care law for 9/11 victims takes effect
The 9/11 Zadroga Act, designed to provide health and financial assistance for Ground Zero emergency responders, recovery workers, volunteers and residents during the 2001 attacks, took effect Friday.
